Structure.
The Demand Group works directly with clients
and strategic partners in the development of new and
existing business opportunities. Depending on the project,
a new company is created between the Demand Group and
the strategic partner(s) and/or client(s).
In the instance that a new entity is not
created, the Demand Group enters into a common understanding
with its strategic partner(s) and/or client(s). This
common understanding outlines responsibilities of the
parties, exclusivity issues, confidentiality, non-circumvention,
and compensation.
Many times agreements are not used
due to the relationship of the parties, but more often
than not they are executed as a form of good business
practice.
